Had cool sculpting done and was guaranteed a 27% reduction, I was firstly quoted $1400 and I was booked in. On the day of the treatment the consultant told me I was incorrectly quoted and said that the procedure will cost $3,700.00 she went on to tell me that this was a discounted rate from the original price of $7,000.00 It cost me thousands of dollars. I was told that I will see the results in 2 months and I was to come back after 2 months to do the after photos and measure in. I had zero results and no improvement what so ever despite the guarantee. When I returned after waiting 3 months I told them that I didn’t think I had any results and definitely not 27% and they apologised and told me that they had lost my before photos so had nothing to compare it to, when I asked them about the guarantee they said they would have the manager contact me weeks past and I never received a call I tried contacting them numerous times and no one called me back. I then contacted fair trading and they were unable to get in contact with the manager either who is obviously guilty of ripping customers off and guaranteeing false results Anna to gutless to contact me. I urge you not to ever go to these guys as they are a rip off and the treatment does not work. You will be wasting your money

The worst service I have received in my life. I had booked 2 appointments over the phone and specifically asked how long each appointment is. The lady said 15 min each. I was late 8 min to the appointment which I apologized for as soon as I walked in. The 4 girls gave me a lecture on me being late and then refused to give me 1 treatment of the 2 booked. I agreed to take one cause I was late. Then they told me that booking lasts 10 not 15 min and asked me what was the name of the person I spoke on the phone as if I would know who answered the phone the previous day. They could have treated 2 areas in 20 min but they were more interested in arguing with me than providing a service unfortunately. When I finally got into the laser room I told the girl that. She got very offended and refused to do the treatment and brought in another girl. The other girl misunderstood what I said and she wanted to refuse service to me as well. She finally after I begged her went through the area once. It was a waste of money and my time. I don’t recommend going to this or any laser clinic cause they don’t care about customers they have an obnoxious attitude and they don’t even give you the service nor time you paid for. Never go there, Eden is on the 1st floor where I went immediately after and I never plan to go to any Laser Clinic ever again. Thanks Eastgardens Laser Clinic for making me never go to any Laser Clinic again. I will sure be sharing my bad experience with everyone I know.

Completely rude staff, the customer service was horrible as they were not friendly whatsoever as they made the laser experience very uncomfortable also seemed to be very judgmental when asking for a price match. Felt they were more judgmental due to me being with my partner as it was clear they are only friendly and nice to a specific gender and race. Completely rude, not coming back again as staff were all gathering around a judging seen through their facial expressions and complete lack of customer service when entering and processing payment. Horrible.

I have visited this clinic a number of times now for laser hair removal and Georgette has been my consultant. I was extremely nervous on my first visit and very self conscious. Georgette put me at ease from the beginning and I cannot thank her enough. I have now had a number of sessions with her and I am so, so happy with my results. I have booked on going appointments with Georgette and I can’t thank her enough. She is an absolutely asset to Laser Clinics Australia and I can’t recommend her enough.

I am disheartened by the level of service I received at this establishment. Despite being a regular customer, I was met with inflexibility when I arrived just 3 minutes past my appointment time. The employees insisted that I was 5 minutes late and consequently declined to provide the service, even though no such policy was mentioned in any of their reminder text messages. This experience has not only been a waste of my time, but it also reflects poorly on their integrity. It is discourteous to consume an additional 2 minutes of my time by debating over the discrepancy in timing, ultimately resulting in a total delay of 5 minutes. I strongly dislike this dishonesty, and words cannot adequately convey my frustration.
